Shipping:
After shipment is processed and your package has left USPS it is out of our hands.  If the address you provided is wrong, you will need to contact USPS directly.  Please double check your order before submitting.
Most orders are completed and ready to ship in 5-7 business days (unless otherwise noted in product description).  You will receive confirmation that your order is complete and ready to ship. Once your order is completed it will ship out in 1-4  business days.  All packages are shipped USPS with insurance and tracking.  Delivery depends on what shipping method you choose at checkout.

 

Returns and Exchanges:
  Due to all items being made to order and each one is custom made we cannot offer any refunds or exchanges.  If there is a problem with your purchase please let us know.
